First, we prepare the garden concept (2 different versions to choose from), then a detailed design, working plans and visualisations, as well as cost estimates. The projects also include garden landscaping, irrigation and lighting.

1. Land survey – the site grading plan is the basis (the so-called “geodetic primer”) and the survey of existing vegetation.
2. Concept design of the garden (2 versions to choose from).
3. Working plans for planting on an appropriate scale – the design lists each existing and proposed plants and plant cover with Latin and Polish names as well as photographs of the plants.
4. Working plan for landscaping – arbours, tool sheds, pergolas, shelters, water features, paths and driveways.
5. Lighting and irrigation designs.
6. Visualisations of selected parts of the garden.
